Internal refurbishment of a large existing commercial block split into 3 new units.

Drylining works carried out in partnership with DNS Construction Solutions Ltd; consisting of new jumbo metal studs, mineral fibre insulation infill, steel reinforcement mesh and 12.5mm fire rated plasterboard.

Skim finish using British Gypsum’s Thistle MultiFinish.
